Request an Appointment & Patient Portal

Dr. May uses Sessions Health, a secure patient portal that makes it easy to request appointments, complete and sign documents, securely communicate with the practice, and manage payment information.

New Patients

New patients may click below to request an initial 15-minute consultation. After submitting your request, you will receive an email invitation to create your Sessions Health account and complete the required forms.

Current Patients

Current patients may log in to the Sessions Health portal to request an appointment, send a secure message, complete documents, or update payment information.

If you are a current patient, but have not received access to the Patient Portal, please send an email to megan@matthewmaymd.com to request portal access.

You may reschedule as often as you like, so long as you do so within 48 hours of the appointment.  Be advised, however, that if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged for the unused time.
